Philosophy:

I am a subspecialist in dermatology, with a clinical focus on autoimmune diseases of the skin. In particular, I diagnose and treat patients with vitiligo, alopecia areata, and lichen planopilaris. I also manage a research laboratory that is focused on understanding what causes vitiligo, with the goal of developing new treatments. Because of the nature of my practice, my clinic may run behind due to the extended amount of time some of my more complicated patients require.
