Philosophy:

In 2010, after starting and building a highly successful pediatric sports medicine program at The Childrens Hospital in Aurora, Colorado, Dr. Polousky, and his partner Dr. Brooke Pengel, moved their practice to The Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children, founding the Rocky Mountain Youth Sports Medicine Institute. Both Drs. Polousky and Pengel shared a vision of creating a center focused solely on the unique musculoskeletal needs of children and young adults. We offer patient focused, individualized treatment for all of our patients, from the most routine sprain or broken bone to the most complicated limb reconstruction.
