I was born in New York City and raised in Southport, CT. I attended Lawrence Academy and Boston University. I have been a full-time Chatham, Cape Cod, resident since 1978, and have worked full-time in real estate for over 28 years specializing in the listing and sale of high-end properties. <br /><br />After working for several successful agencies, I embarked on my own in 1989 with the establishment of John C. Ricotta & Associates. And through the intervening years my Associates and I have worked to develop and retain our exceptional reputation among our clients and the broader community. <br /><br />I am active in the community and have served the Town of Chatham in a number of capacities. Through the years I have held positions on several town committees including the Personnel Committee and Zoning Board of Appeals. I am also a member of the non-profit Chatham Conservation Foundation. <br /><br />I am a long-time member and former Men’s Club Champion at Eastward Ho! Country Club, and am currently a member of the Membership Committee. I formerly served on the club’s long range planning committee, its Green’s committee, and two terms on its Board of Governors. <br /><br />I also served as a member of the Board of Corporators for the Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank and on the Board of Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank Charitable Foundation. <br /><br />I am a current member, in good standing, of the Cape Cod and Islands Board of Realtors and Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate.
