The present invention provides a method and system for repurposing a physical structure to enable the delivery of interactive services and, more specifically, to a method and system of creating a competitive gaming environment within a repurposed movie theater structure. The modification of existing facilities in accordance with the present invention creates an Interactive Services Facility with an operational environment capable of delivering interactive services, such as competitive gaming, to users. The operational environment is enabled by the present invention through novel systems and methods of modifying the infrastructure of an Existing Facility and providing novel operational systems for the delivery of interactive services.
