Jack began his real estate career in 1986 with Agentis Real Estate shortly after graduating from high school. He became an associate broker at twenty one years of age, owned his first home at eighteen and his first investment property at twenty two. During his tenure with Agentis and after selling several foreclosures he sensed a need in the area for a “foreclosure specialist” before there really was such a thing and envisioned creating a system in which buyers, investors and agents could benefit from a better understanding of the reo business with more efficient information sharing through the use of technology.<br /><br />In 1994 Jack left Agentis to develop an REO Department with Coldwell Banker Heritage in Bethlehem. At this time the use of the internet, digital cameras and desktop publishing was in its infancy in the real estate business. Jack taught himself how create a web site using html and was one of the first agents to utilize this venue for document and information sharing. Through his implementation of technology and system refinement Jack was able to develop one of the most successful reo departments in the country and in 2000 was sited in Realtor Magazine as the #2 agent in the county having sold 724 units with just two assistants.<br /><br />In 2005 Jack started Cassidon Realty in Bethlehem. REO has now developed into a separate division of Cassidon run by one administrator and six assistants. In addition to being the dominate real estate REO handler in the Lehigh Valley, Cassidon also has separate departments for property management, new construction, property development and general sales of residential and commercial property. Going into its fifth year Cassidon has grown to two offices, fifty five agents and ten staff people with plans to expand to additional markets both north and south of the Lehigh Valley.
