John Bologna was awarded the prestigious Legend of the Industry Award for his contributions for advancing the building industry. He has volunteered countless hours to the Cape Cod Chapter of the Home Builders Association. John took the lead in researching and producing a Cape wide build out survey to combat various unfair regulations and perceptions but forth by local and state agencies. When the new IBC Code for construction in hurricane prone region was adopted, he sat on the BBRS Task Force on Hurricane Resistant Construction and was a huge help educating other members of the task force with facts. He also volunteers his time a CSL Continuing Education instructor and currently serves as Technical Advisor for the HBRACC. John was awarded this well-deserved honor on Tuesday, June 18th at the Home Builders Assn of Massachusetts Annual Award Ceremony at the Larz Anderson Museum in Brookline MA
