An elongated flexible strap defining a continuous loop is threaded through the channel. Portions of the elongated flexible strap defining the continuous loop extend from first and second end openings of the channel to define first and a second loop portions. When the continuous loop is pulled taut through the housing , the first loop portion is configured for receiving and grasping a handle portion of the one or more bags. The second loop portion can be extended over and around a user's shoulder for carrying the device and the one or more bags.
