My career in real estate began with the purchase of a small apartment building in the summer of 2002. Over several years I invested in small multifamily buildings and soon became a full-time landlord. This experience taught me about the many challenges involved in buying, leasing, and managing real estate. I joined Living Real Estate Group in 2005 and focused on luxury sales and rentals. I'm a founding member of Livingston Management Services, LLC which is a subsidiary of Living Real Estate Group. The company currently manages 30 buildings and over 1,000 rental units in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the Bronx.I am an Associate Broker with Living Real Estate Group, and Principal Broker of Livingston Management Services, LLC. I have held the Accredited Residential Manager designation (ARM) from The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) since 2009.
