My focus is on working with deep soft tissue affecting functional bony alignment (posture) of the human skeleton. Once soft tissue problems have been addressed, including returning pain-free range of motion, muscle relaxation and elongation, a healthy body will correct itself. Muscle strengthening and retraining exercises are given to reduce or eliminate the likelihood of the body falling back into poor posture.
