MCPUD, Urban Design and City PlanningI took a leave of absence from Skidmore, Owings and Merrill in Chicago to enter my Urban Design Program at Harvard. In my second year at Harvard, I worked with Skidmore, Owings and Merrill in Boston on a select team of 100 interdisciplinary design professionals called BTPR (Boston Transportation Planning Review) to complete a year long study for alternative transportation options for the Boston area under the direction of then Governor Sargent (also an architect) who created a moritorium on highway construction during that period. Out of this study, came many Boston area projects which included the "Big Dig" presently nearing completion. MArch, ArchitectureWhile in the Masters of Architecture Program at Berkeley, I worked with the Architectural Firm of Watanabe Lipscomb in Berkeley on a number of projects which included a New Junior High School for Westborough, Ca. University of California, Berkeley
BArch, ArchitectureWhile completing my Bachelor's Program in Architecture, I worked with the architectural firm of Campbell & Wong on College 5 for the then new University of California at Santa Cruz. This college included classrooms and on-campus housing for the students.
