Spearhead the use of nurses in this primary care practice. Regional manager of NY and DC registered nurses: hire and train, evaluate performance, provide support, hold ongoing peer education. Clinical lead to the phlebotomy team: OSHA train, train phlebotomy trainers, problem solve with difficult sticks, how to recognize, prevent, or what to do in the case of vasovagal syncope. Implementation of walk in vaccines program: provide hours for patients to receive vaccines at certain offices and implement this new operational service.
