I worked as a Biomedical Equipment Technician at The Reading Hospital and Medical Center (1984 to 1987), Lehigh Valley Hospital (1987 to 1990) and Wilkes-Barre General Hospital (1990 to 2012). I was the Manager of the Biomedical Engineering Department at Wilkes-Barre General Hospital from 1998 to 2012. I am married to Jim Nelligan and we have two children. I am the former Joanne Besecker.</p> <p class="MsoNormal"> My grandfather, James F. Besecker started Besecker Realty Inc. in 1952. My father, Robert L. Besecker, joined his father in 1963. When I was younger I attended some of my father's open houses. So you can see Real Estate is in my blood.</p> <p class="MsoNormal"> Some of my hobbies are walking, taking rides in the country side and watching my kids play their sports.
