Philosophy:
For over 20 years, I have been working with the healing of issues for individuals and couples. Counseling can be the first step in learning healthier coping skills and eliminating negative patterns to create a more positive perspective. Sessions are one hour long, and there are no required number of sessions. Homework is given for outside of the session.
