I was in private practice and worked in the public sector as a Nurse Midwife, delivering babies for may years, in Flagstaff and later in Tucson until retiring into the real estate profession where I could also meet the needs of families but also allow me to get some sleep at night! That said, I have a background of being on call and answering my phone!! I am happy to be available to my clients at most any time and am prompt at returning calls. Relationships is what this and any business that involves homes and money should be about. I do not specialize in listing bank properties or short sales. I represent buyers in these cases for the most part. I have also managed my own rentals since 1992. I am familiar with 1031 exchanges as a result. Given this experience, buyers and sellers value my experience as a hands on investor and landlord. I am also well connected if an investor is looking for property to buy, fix up and either resell or hold as investment; both are being done in this market!
