Mouse anesthesia and surgery. Tumor xenotransplantation in immunosuppressed nude mice, Pharmacological agent administration to mice or rats via IV, IP, SC, IM and PO. Establishment of plasma cell tumor transgenic mouse model. Software: GraphPad Prism, SPSS.
