Articles of clothing with beads are described. According to one aspect, an article of clothing to be worn by an individual includes a clothing layer configured to cover at least a portion of the body of the individual when the article of clothing is worn by the individual and a plurality of beads attached to the clothing layer, wherein the beads are provided between an outermost surface of the clothing layer and skin of the individual when the article of clothing is worn by the individual.

A double-bladed scalpel for removal of tissues requiring consistent width along their length. Identical metal scalpel blades are embedded within an integral rigid supporting handle. The two blades protrude outwardly from one bifurcated handle end.
