The University Commendation Award for Master's Students is an honor conferred on a Graduate School of Education student who have excelled academically, maintained a cumulative graduate GPA of 3.75 and who have engaged in additional successful scholarly activities. Masters students from all departments within the Graduate School of Education are in competition for the award, including Continuing Education, Counselor Education, Curriculum and Instruction, Educational Leadership and Policy, Child Development and Family Services, and Special Education.
