Philosophy:
Treatment approach is typically based on cognitive-behavioral principles although I consider my views to be analytically informed. Certainly client-centered and attentive to a nurturing and supportive environment. I believe all people have the capacity for growth and change and unlocking that potential is a significant focus of most treatment regimens. I appreciate the complexity and uniqueness of the human spirit which allows for further compassion and understanding. The work is often difficult and clients and I will share laughs and tears along the journey.
