Philosophy:
As a Nurse Practitioner and Massage Therapist I integrate both Eastern and Western Medicine providing holistic care to my patients. I follow the functional model of medicine where the root of the problem is addressed rather than prescribing medications to treat the symptoms. I also offer John Barnes Myofascial Release therapy which is a form of massage/soft tissue mobilization that is beneficial for pain syndromes, fibromyalgia, TMJ, headaches.
