I believe that the most effective way to help you to achieve your goal(s) is to use a blend of traditional psychotherapies and focusing techniques. I utilize regression therapy, Ego State or PARTS therapy, cognitive behavioral intervention, and an overall client-centered approach. My goal is to help you find the emotional causes of current issues of concern. Once we find those problems together, then we desensitize those issues, gain insight, and make positive cognitive changes.
