Philosophy:

Dr. Decker believes in treating the whole patient with the goal of listening to the patient and treating symptoms using evidence-based medicine. She is fellowship training in Rhinology and Facial Plastic Surgery. She performs both cosmetic and functional reconstruction of the face, head and neck. She has particular interests in trans-nasal endoscopic skull base surgery, functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty, and treatment of the aging face.
