I believe in treating each patient personally. You are not just a shoulder injury (or whatever your complaint may be) you are a person, with a life and family and stressors, all of this plays a role in your physical health. So expect me to suggest stretches, stress reduction activities(other than massage!) and more. I work with the intent of decreasing your muscle tension, so my pressure is firm and moves slowly, allowing the muscle to release, not just push trough it. This type of treatment ensures you a step toward your goal with every massage.
