I am a 5th generation Colorado native and LOVE helping people make the Denver Metro area their home. It was after purchasing my first home that I decided to get into real estate, and received my license in January 2004. Since then I have received an Accredited Buyer Representative designation, graduated from Howard Brinton’s Star Power University, and was named one of 5280′s FIVE STAR Real Estate Agent SM since 2010 for outstanding customer service. <br /><br />Throughout my career I have intensely studied Denver neighborhoods, traditional Denver architecture and sales trends so that I can help my clients make smart real estate decisions. I love working with sellers and have developed a unique marketing plan to help get their home sold quickly and for the most money. As a result of the market in recent years, I am experienced with the short sale process and am empathetic with those going through a short sale or foreclosure. I received a Certified Distressed Property Expert designation in 2011 to be able to offer tools and strategies to help those in tough situations. <br /><br /> In addition to Denver, my primary focus is on the Southeast suburbs including: Aurora, Centennial, Parker, Castle Rock, Englewood, Cherry Hills Village and Littleton however I work all over the metro area including: Broomfield, Arvada, Thornton and even Brighton! <br /><br />I understand how a home is more than just a shelter, and that it means different things to different people.
