Jennifer discovered her passion for real estate soon after completing a psychology degree at the University of Illinois in Chicago. Upon starting her graduate degree, she took a position as a leasing coordinator for a private property management company. Her interest and love for the industry grew rapidly from there. She ventured into the brokerage community just a few months later. Over the course of the next 6 years Jennifer worked diligently to learn the industry and expand her role in it. In the process she represented dozens of individual buyers, sellers, and developers. Her professional network and expanding clientele grew and recently resulted in a Chicago Association of Realtors “Top Producer” award. Today Jennifer continues to represent many of these same clients, the numerous referrals she has received from them over the years, and the new clients who have discovered her as well. As Co-Founder of the Atland Group she also manages many of the team’s new development projects and handles much of the day to day operations of team business. Atland Group has in excess of $105M in sales to date. When asked what the key to her success has been Jennifer notes that “I feel my success in real estate has been directly related to my client service approach, diligence, and attention to all the details involved in each transaction”.
