NCR Great Performance (1996) – Team implemented Critical Field Retrofit to improve availability of RAID units.
NCR Great Performance (1999) – Developed & implemented a new service delivery model. Responsibilities included developing a new transaction & annuity model that improved field flexibility and profitability. Developed staffing model designed to staff the field organizations to deliver consistent quality service. Implemented the new model in the US within 3 months and provided the framework for the rollout of the new model in Canada and the UK.
WCS Annual Awards (2007) – “Out of the Box Thinker” Led team that defined the service delivery strategy & redesigned the field delivery model. Redesigned model created clear lines of accountability & ownership, focused on customer, increased flexibility & improved resource leverage. Implemented new model and reduced delivery costs by $9.9m annually.
