Awards:
Spotlight Award
The Spotlight Awards are a way to provide immediate and spontaneous appreciation in recognition of the contributions of others, whether a team or an individual, support staff or administrative staff. These awards provide an ongoing opportunity to “shine the spotlight” on the special efforts of co-workers when the efforts of others go beyond the call of duty. Whether it is to lend a helping hand in a time of deadline crisis or stepping up in the time of need, these acts should be recognized and celebrated among colleagues. If someone has done something that goes beyond the call of duty, shine the spotlight on them and say thank you by nominating them for a Spotlight Award to show your appreciation.
