As a licensed massage therapist , my focus and specialty is in Orthopedic Massage Therapy (OMT). OMT is focused on treating painful conditions of the soft tissues of the body. I specialize with difficulties of the musculoskelatal system by releasing tight muscles,helping to stretch shortened muscles and tendons, and decompress joints. The goal is to normalize the soft tissues of the body, both to treat specific conditions and to keep you generally healthy and fit.
