Dr. Ramakrishnan completed his medical school training at the University of Texas-Houston and his Otolaryngology Residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. He then went on to complete a fellowship in advanced rhinology, allergy, and minimally invasive skull base surgery at the University of Pittsburgh. He specializes in the comprehensive management of nasal and sinus disorders, including nasal obstruction, allergies, chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps, primary and revision sinus surgery, and skull base disorders. Dr. Ramakrishnan also has expertise in minimally invasive thyroid and parathyroid surgery, and his practice includes all aspects of adult and pediatric ENT. He is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and is a member of the American Rhinologic Society and the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy. He was born and raised in Texas, and now resides in Raleigh with his wife and two children.
