I am a Reno/Sparks native and a 1970 graduate of Wooster High School. I have 20+ years of finance and office management experience. In 1985, I earned my Real Estate License. I joined RE/MAX in 1990. <br /> <br />Since that time, I have been a consistent member of the Reno/Sparks Association of Realtors Top Producers Club. I have also achieved the distinguished 100% award given solely to the highest producing Sales Associates in the RE/MAX organization, the Platinum award given only to the top 3% of RE/MAX associates internationally, the Hall of Fame award and the Lifetime Achievement for overall performance during my RE/MAX career. <br /> <br />Skilled in all areas of Real Estate, I specialize in Residential Sales. I have earned the CRS designation (Certified Residential Specialist) and am an ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative). I am also a permitted property manager. I have represented clients in all aspects from buying their 1st home to negotiating multi-million dollar commercial leases. My associations include being a member of the Reno/Sparks Association of Realtors, the Nevada Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, Local and National Chapters of Certified Residential Specialists, and REBAC. The majority of my business comes from referrals from satisfied clients and repeat business, an achievement of which I am very proud. I close an average of 50-70 transactions annually. My team includes my licensed assistant, Chante Hargrove. <br /> <br />In March 2008 I opened my own RE/MAX Office with my partner and broker, Danny Podesta. <br /> <br />My husband, Gary, and I have three grown children, Ben, Casady and Garrett and a grandson, Jacoby. <br /> <br />I am an avid and active supporter of the Children's Miracle Network, and a portion of all of my commissions are donated to that worthy cause. I also support the Food Bank and the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation.
