About:
Born in Paterson, New Jersey and raised in Fair Lawn, Jay moved to Bucks County after graduating from Temple University. Falling in love with Bucks County’s beauty and history, his varied interests included careers in health food wholesale, a bicycle shop and architectural antiques. The common theme of providing superior service eventually led him to real estate. Jay’s favorite part of being a realtor is:
“The sale and purchase of real estate is often the most important and the most expensive asset for my clients. This is where they live, or where they will work, or what they are investing in. I really enjoy that this is so very important financially and emotionally and that I can provide such a positive impact on this most important event.”
An important event for Jay has been the births of his two grandchildren, Isabella and Gaia. Jay is proud of his wonder loving, close but diverse family. With four grown children; two daughters and two sons, he is familiar first-hand with life’s transitions and is able to provide his clients with the stability, understanding and know-how that comes with experience.
Jay was licensed in 1974, earned the GRI distinction in 1985, became a licensed Broker opening his own company, Pennsylvania Properties, in 1986 and earned his Broker Appraisal Certification in 1898. He provides mentoring, support and assistance to his own team of associates, The Jay Ginsberg Group, and with his team is able to give each buyer and seller the competitive edge necessary to be successfully represented in today’s market.
Jay’s high energy has consistently made him the Top Producer of his office and region, achieving Long and Foster Doylestown’s Top Producer status since 2005. Believing that his clients deserve the best, most professional representation possible, Jay’s passion (besides the Phillies) is putting his creativity and experience to work for his clients.
