Jason has been working in the residential real estate industry in Boston for over 12 years. He has worked in leasing, sales and property management. Recent transactions have included sales over $1 Million dollars each and over 140 units currently under his management.Jason is a REALTOR and an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) specializing in New Home Sales and Investment Properties. The difference between working with a well networked and experienced agent such as Jason and other agent's is best demonstrated by multiple recent transactions where the sellers chose his clients' offers over higher priced competing offers specifically because those buyers were represented by him. Jason serves on the Greater Boston Association of Realtors' Board of Directors and is Chair of the Business Development Committee. He is also a member of the GBAR Presidential Advisory Group developing strategies to promote Rental Housing Agent training and ethical business practices, a committee he advocated for the creation of.
