Virginia Military Institute graduate with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. After graduation began working for a mechanical contractor called Kinetic Systems, Inc. I provided project management and engineering services large mechanical projects, our focus was on fast track semicondutor and pharmacutical projects. During my 10 year career I lived in some wonderful places such as Raleigh NC, Colorado Springs CO, Burbank CA, RIo Rancho NM, and Phoenix, AZ. It was in Arizona where my passion for Real Estate developed and I became a professional Realtor. I have an extensive knowledge of the foreclosure process, trustee sales, and studio auctions.
