The U.S. Olympic Genome Project was awarded Silver for its innovation and Creating a Movement. One of two awards the app received in new online social media experiences. London 2012 was the most socially connected Olympic Games ever. Samsung wanted to create a breakthrough experience to transform and redefine how people connected with the overall Olympic Experience. Together with Samsung, we created a Facebook application that would enable discovery, surprise, and connectivity by igniting the social graph like never before. This Facebook app was an engaging destination that inspired fan momentum well before the Olympic Torch was even lit – and carried it further once extinguished.
