Philosophy:
Dr. Cooper's philosophy is unique among most eye care physicians. His objective solely to improve the patients overall quality of life, by helping them achieve their current unmet visual symptoms, not simply monitoring a treating the disease. This allows his patient's to enjoy activities they may have being missing out on such as reading, watching television, recognizing peoples faces, and even driving in most states. Many of Dr. Cooper's patients have been told their is nothing left that can be done to improve their visual status. In the majority of patient's this is simply not the case. Dr. Cooper is currently the Diplomat for the International Academy of Low Vision Specialist in the state of Utah.
