Janice grew up in the Detroit, MI. After receiving her Associates Degree in Electrical/Electronics Technology, she followed her passion for cars and began working at Chrysler Corp as an electronic mechanic then later became a clay modeler in the full size exterior design studio.<br /> Janice moved to Las Vegas in 1996 where she began her new career in residential real estate sales. She works with her husband, Greg, who is also a full-time Realtor, and together they have created a very successful business providing the best service to their clients. She has earned the trust of her clients and appreciates the fact that most of her business comes from repeat business and their friends and relatives. Janice has become friends with many of her clients and this, she feels, is the highest compliment she can receive. Janice continuously strives to better herself by attending classes, seminars and online courses. She has obtained her Broker, Graduate Realtor Institute, Short Sale and Certified Negotiating designations. Janice's real estate experience encompasses both traditional listing and sales, along with new home sales throughout all the communities in Las Vegas, Henderson, and Boulder City. <br /> Janice and Greg live in Henderson, with their two children, Ricky and Danielle, and their Chihuahua, Gizmo. Together they enjoy hiking, camping, boating, and fishing. Another passion lies in baking and includes an array of naturally sugar-free, gluten free desserts and breads along with cooking various Polish dishes from her childhood. Reading, sewing, church and volunteer work are part of her normal schedule and having lived in Michigan for most of her life, she really enjoys being out in the abundant Nevada sunshine. Golfing with Greg and Ricky and shopping with Danielle are also some of her favorite activities.
