Hi I have been in private practice for 25 years and have felt honored to be allowed into my client's lives as they grow though heir life circumstances. I am a therapist who also teaches and models real-life living skills of conflict management, parenting, relationship and communication skills for all ages. As the trauma and challenges of life come into our lives, they require new skills and ways of thinking and being. Learning those skills emotionally and behaviorally bring confidence and joy.
