I have a varied work experience background that encompassed working in hospital business offices, medical offices, university student health center, multiple health insurance companies, two senior associations, and in the transportation business. <br /><br />I successfully completed an appraisal class at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas which spurred my interest in learning more about the Real Estate business. The economic conditions that have taken place since 2007 intensified my interest in learning more and spur my desire to help others who never expected to have their homes devalue creating financial hardships beyond previous recessions impact. Those homeowners who were encouraged to take on "bad loans" severely impacted those homeowners who did not buy during the early 2000's but were still direly impacted by the economic decisions that lead to the past six years of housing devaluation in select areas of the country.
