Having grown up in Norwell, Jane returned to the South Shore in 1960 settling in Hingham after college, a short career as an art editor for a textbook publisher, marriage and three years in North Africa. She received her Broker's license in 1975 and worked in Cohasset before founding Hingham Centre, Ltd. in 1981 with three other outstanding brokers. Her passion for antiques and antique houses made her an informed agent for her clients and the towns she served. Having been a member of the Hingham Historic Districts Commission for several years and a longtime member of the Historical Society keeps Jane in touch with the quality of the life of the South Shore. Living in a house that dates back to circa 1699 has given Jane first-hand experience of the pleasures of the area’s antique properties.<br /> <br /><br />One of the founders of the South Shore Conservatory of Music in 1970, Jane has been very involved in the cultural and civic opportunities of living on the South Shore. She has also been a Board member of South Shore Hospital and served as the President of South Shore VNA. Her dedication to the quality of service to her clients and her knowledge of the many services available to them has helped her be a successful and happy agent.
