As an Executive and Administrator of Human Services programs, with many years experience in a leadership position, I offer the knowledge of all aspects of oversight and command of major operations. Over the past 15 years through hard work and dedication, I played a major role in the development and management of major hospital and nonprofit programs who served families who were disabled. Created a national model for Arc that raised over 1 million dollars in six months, created opportunities for full inclusion on college campus with the use of entrepreneurialism concepts, and trained local and national leaders on the model. Received awards on a national, state and local level for employment, innovation and diversifying funding streams for Arc. The Area Governor of Rotary International. Multiple Board Chairmanships including the Vince Carter Sanctuary, transportation and past president of the Arc FCE. Provided multiple presentations, for our elected officials and for local colleges; oversight of Federal and local grants, designed multiple programs that provide for better health, welfare for consumers and it created audits higher than ever achieved by the agencies. Assisted in management of a residential and outpatient Health Care program that grew from 3 employees to over 150 employees, was responsible for the day-to-day operations of a patients that increased from 30 to 3,600 patients with a budget of 20 million dollars.
