I earned my Real Estate license in 1999, and thus began began my career with Prudential California Realty. In 2000, I saw, along with the rest of the world, that the landscape in the tech industry was changing life at every level. Time-honored methods of doing business in the industry were changing forever. I was fortunate enough to be a top producer six years in a row and saw my business grow rapidly but “if your not growing you are retreating”.When asked how long I have been in Real Estate the answer is, "all my life." I explain, “I have been doing construction at age 13, negotiating contracts at 16, and was never without a renovation project all throughout college and into my first career with the U.S. Department of Education." I served as a member of the transition team that formed the Cabinet Level Office and assisted in the creation of its first collective bargaining agreement and later in the training of managers in the agreement's implementation. I now manages the Mason-McDuffie, dba Better Homes and Gardens Realty, office in San Francisco, at 2200 Union Street, I have 45 great agents.
