I spent 25 years as a physician helping people deal with major life decisions regarding their health and well-being. As a Realtor, I continue to help people with major life decisions related to buying or selling property. And I love my yoga classes at the Integral Yoga Institute, a great place to practice Hatha yoga in a serene attic atop a Dolores Street mansion.I am currently training for the AIDS Lifecycle Ride from San Francisco to LA. AIDS/LifeCycle is a fully supported, 7-day bike ride to raise money and awareness in the fight against HIV/AIDS. Every year, this landmark ride through beautiful California delivers a life-changing experience for thousands of participants from all backgrounds and fitness levels united by a common desire to do something heroic.
