Interests:
I am most interested in international environmental policy and its interaction with commercial enterprise, especially as each pertains to human rights and the environment.
Long-term studies include those of Mandarin, Spanish, and English; each of which I study each week, and plan to continue studying for rest of my life.
Active short-term studies include those of aquaponics agriculture, brewing, and household hazardous waste disposal.
I am an avid cyclist, baker, home-brewer, rock and ice climber, and a novice mountaineer. I recently summitted Mt. Washington in winter for the first time. I am currently training for several multi-stage races and relay runs in the next nine months.
My current recreational read is "Travels with Charley," by Steinbeck.
