Abstract:
A tubesheet support arrangement supports a tubesheet within a vessel , the tubesheet maintaining a plurality of tubes at fixed radial spacings from one another with the tubes extending from the tubesheet on a tube projecting side of the radial plane RP. The tubesheet support arrangement comprises a fully circumferentially extending intermediary support element . The intermediary support element is subjected to compression due its support of the weight of the tubesheet and the tubes on the lower portion of the vessel
