One of the highlights of the meeting is the Best Ideas session, where participants submit a best idea, review all submissions by fellow attendees and then cast their vote for the best idea award. The 2012 Warren Siem Best Idea Award winner was James McKee, United Resource Systems. Another important honor given at Leadership Symposium is the Kurt Swersky Award, which recognizes an attendee for active participation in sessions, friendliness and willingness to share ideas.
