Philosophy:

As a chiropractor, first and foremost in my approach to patient care is to provide immediate relief from pain and discomfort. Generally, within 30 to 60 days, we move from pain relief to rehabilitation. This involves using therapeutic exercise to stretch and strengthen weakened areas to support the work we've done in the initial phase. This helps to prevent relapse. Once the area has been rehabilitated, wellness care is offered, usually a 1x per month "tune-up" to keep things running smooth.
