Philosophy:
Dr. Choueka treats all disorders of the upper extremity in adults and children. He has published numerous articles on topics including rotator cuff repair, flexor tendon repair, and new devices and techniques in orthopaedic surgery. He is a recent recipient of the Joseph H. Boyes Award for Excellence in Hand Research. Dr. Choueka has received several research grants and continually presents his work at national and international meetings. Dr. Choueka currently serves as the director of hand surgery, program director for the orthopaedic surgery residency and chairman of the department of orthopaedic surgery.
