With a cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused style, combined with a focus on mindfulness and acceptance therapy, we will work together to help you create the life you want. After each session you will leave with tools to apply to your life and with a homework assignment and suggested reading materials to help augment therapy sessions. I look forward to working with you!
