As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner I do psychotherapy and medication management using both alternative and traditional techniques. By being therapist and medical practitioner I get the full picture of what's needed. Progress in life can be hard work, emotionally and spiritually. Before going into medicine I worked a lot of tough jobs; I know what the real world is like. I'm down to earth. I admire anyone who has the insight to admit they have a problem and the courage to do something about it.
