Abstract:
Shaft enveloping counterweight () includes an external weight () attached to the outside () hollow shaft (). An internal weight plug () is attached to the inside () of hollow shaft () so that hollow shaft () is enveloped by and between the external weight () and the internal weight plug (). In a preferred embodiment, a cap () includes a top () and a base () wherein the base () is connected to the internal weight plug () and the top () is connected to the base () and forms and overhanging lip ().
