Philosophy:
Howard A. King, MD, AAOS, ABOS is board certified in orthopaedic surgery and specializes in pediatric spinal deformity, pediatric and adult scoliosis, and reconstructive spine surgery. He is a member of the Scoliosis Research Society, the Pediatric Orthopaedic Society of North America, and the American Orthopaedic Association, and has lectured and participated as a guest surgeon at numerous spine centers around the world. Dr. King earned his medical degree from Northwestern University Medical School in Chicago and completed his orthopaedic training at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. He completed his fellowship in scoliosis and spinal deformity surgery at Twin Cities Scoliosis Center in Minneapolis and served on the academic and clinical faculty at the University of Washington Department of Orthopaedics in Seattle.
